Dual-Track Agile
I’ve implemented DesignOps models that reduced product release cycles by 20%. By running discovery (research/testing) ahead of delivery (engineering sprints), we ensure that developers are building validated solutions, minimizing rework and "design debt".
AI-Enhanced Workflows
To further accelerate our speed-to-insights, I embedded AI tools like Claude Sonnet and Figma AI into our workflow. This improved our research synthesis and ideation speed by 30%, allowing the team to spend more time on high-level strategy and less on rote production tasks.

Systems & Strategy

Bridging the gap between design and code.
Implementing shadcn/ui
At Clearlink, I led the implementation of shadcn/ui to optimize our design-to-development process. By adopting a standardized, accessible-from-the-start component library, we drastically reduced the "translation loss" between Figma and React. This allowed engineers to copy-paste code that matched our design tokens exactly, accelerating build times and ensuring UI consistency at scale.
Design Systems as a Product
I view the Design System not just as a UI kit, but as an internal product. At Symplr, I implemented systems across 4 enterprise applications to ensure HIPAA compliance and consistency. This systematic approach allows us to scale compliant patterns instantly across the organization.
Business Impact
Strategy means driving numbers. By leading UX and CRO strategies rooted in these systems, I helped drive a $2M+/year revenue increase at Clearlink through optimized conversion funnels and data-driven design refinements.
